Rodney was extremely helpful and friendly. He had returned my message about a vehicle I was interested in. He had vehicle ready for me and my wife to test drive when we pulled in the dealership. He showed us around the service center for our vehicles future maintenance service. GOOD TO GO GUY..

It was a positive experience. You listened to me about specific things that were necessary for me to love my encore. Gave me a loaner until you found the perfect car.only thing i found wrong is iam impatient when it comes to waiting, but you kept me updated so it helped. Iam truly happy with encore and I think someday I will love it like my lacrosse .she's a beauty..
